Rose Hill is well served by public transport. Buses from Port Louis (Victoria Square), Curepipe, and Quatre Bornes arrive frequently. The Metro Express light rail stops at Rose Hill, connecting it directly to Port Louis and Curepipe. Taxis are plentiful.
The town centre is compact and walkable, with most shops and eateries clustered around the main square and market area. Buses and taxis serve outlying neighbourhoods.
