Al Kamil Wal Wafi is a town in the Janub ash Sharqiyah region of Oman, located inland from Sur on the road to the Wahiba Sands. The name means "The Perfect and The Loyal" and refers to two merged settlements. The town is a service centre for the surrounding rural and Bedouin communities and sits at the edge of the vast desert landscape that characterises eastern Oman.
The climate is extremely hot in summer, with winter (October–March) offering more tolerable temperatures. The town is spread along the main road.

Muscat International Airport (MCT) is about 180 km northwest, roughly 2 hours via Route 23.
By Car / Road
Al Kamil Wal Wafi is on Route 23 between Sur (30 km east) and the junction to the Wahiba Sands. Mwasalat buses between Muscat and Sur pass through the town.
The town is car-dependent. Local taxis are scarce.
