Why visit Trouville-sur-Mer?
Trouville-sur-Mer is a seaside resort on the Côte Fleurie in Calvados, the more relaxed and historically older counterpart to neighboring Deauville. Its sandy beach, fishing port, and Belle Époque villas have attracted artists and holidaymakers since the 19th century. Trouville has a lively fish market and a genuine working harbor alongside its tourist infrastructure.
