Mbuluzi Game Reserve

Lubombo, Eswatini

Why visit Mbuluzi Game Reserve?

Mbuluzi Game Reserve is a privately owned reserve of roughly 2,300–2,600 hectares of bushveld in the Lubombo Mountains of northeastern Eswatini, part of the Lubombo Conservancy and adjacent to Hlane Royal National Park and Mlawula Nature Reserve. It supports giraffe, nyala, kudu, blue wildebeest, zebra, impala, and other herbivores, with hippos moving in and out along its rivers and occasional sightings of spotted hyena and leopard; the rivers also hold crocodiles. More than 300 bird species have been recorded, including rarities such as the African finfoot. Unlike neighbouring Hlane, Mbuluzi is not a Big Five reserve.
