Why visit Truc Ninh?

Trực Ninh is a rural district in central Nam Định province, lying in the low-lying delta region of the Red River. The district capital is the town of Cổ Lễ. Trực Ninh is primarily agricultural, with rice farming and vegetable cultivation dominating the economy. The district is famous for the historic Cổ Lễ Temple, a unique architectural complex blending Buddhist, Confucian, and Catholic influences.

The climate is humid subtropical with a hot, rainy season from May to October and a cool, dry season from November to March. Spring (February–April) is the most pleasant time to visit, with mild temperatures and green rice paddies.
