Why visit Ula?

Ula is a district town in Muğla Province, southwestern Turkey, about 10 km south of Muğla city. With a population of around 10,000, it is a small agricultural settlement at the foot of the Kazıklı Mountains. The area has ancient Carian rock tombs and is the gateway to the Akyaka beach resort and the Gökova Gulf.

The climate is Mediterranean with hot summers and mild winters. Spring and autumn are the best visiting seasons.
