Dalaman is a town in Muğla Province, southwestern Turkey, best known as the location of Dalaman Airport (DLM), the main international gateway to the southwest Turkish coast. With a population of around 40,000, it serves as a transport hub and agricultural centre. The Dalaman River is popular for white-water rafting and canoeing.

The climate is Mediterranean with hot, dry summers and mild, rainy winters. Spring and autumn are best for outdoor activities.
