Mocuba

Mocuba is a key transport junction in Zambézia Province, located at the intersection of roads connecting Quelimane to the interior and north to Nampula. It is a bustling market town and a major transit point for travellers and goods moving through central Mozambique. The town sits on the Licungo River and is surrounded by agricultural land producing rice, cassava, and maize.
