Vilash

Vilash is a village in Masallı District in southeastern Azerbaijan, located in the coastal lowlands about 10 km east of Masalli city, near the Caspian Sea shore. The area is a mix of farmland, reed-bordered lagoons, and sandy coastline. Vilash is a quiet agricultural settlement where locals cultivate tea, citrus, and vegetables.

Summers are hot and humid (25–32°C), winters mild (2–8°C). Spring and autumn are the best seasons.

By Plane

Lənkəran International Airport (LLK) is about 30 km south. A taxi costs 20–25 AZN.

By Train

Masalli station is about 12 km west. Trains from Baku (4.5 hr) stop here.

By Car / Road

From Masalli, drive 10 km east on the coastal road (15 min). A taxi costs 8–10 AZN. Marshrutkas run from Masalli to villages along the coast.

Vilash is walkable. Marshrutkas connect to Masalli and Lənkəran.
