Hajigabul is a town and the administrative centre of the Hacıqabul District in eastern Azerbaijan. It lies on the Kura River lowlands, roughly 100 km south-west of Baku. The area is part of the Shirvan plain, an agricultural region known for cotton and grain farming. The town is named after a historical lake and pilgrimage site.

Hajigabul is located on the M3 highway connecting Baku to the south. The drive from Baku takes about 1.5 hours. Buses and marshrutkas operate from Baku's bus stations.
