By Plane

Elazığ Airport (EZS IATA) is about 85 km west.

By Car / Road

Palu is on the D300 highway east of Elazig. Regular minibuses and buses connect from Elazig (about 1 hour 15 min) and Bingöl.

The town is compact. Walking covers most areas.
