By Plane
Ağrı Ahmed-i Hani Airport (AJI IATA) is about 30 km west of Taşlıçay. Flights arrive daily from Istanbul and Ankara. Taxis and shuttles connect from the airport.
By Car / Road
Taşlıçay is about 25 km east of Ağrı on the D-100 highway, the main road connecting Ağrı to Doğubayazıt and the Iranian border. The road is well-maintained. Regular minibuses run from Ağrı.
The town centre is compact and walkable. Taxis are available for trips to the surrounding countryside and villages.
