Donghe

Donghe (東河) is a coastal township in eastern Taitung County, Taiwan, famous for Donghe Bridge, the best surfing spot in Taiwan. The area also has beautiful coastal scenery and a laid-back vibe.

The nearest station is Taitung Station. From Taitung, take a bus or taxi north.

By Car / Road

Donghe is accessible via Provincial Highway 11. From Taitung City, drive north for about 30 minutes.

A car is useful. The surf area is accessible from the highway.
