Haiduan (海端) is a mountain township in western Taitung County, Taiwan, primarily inhabited by the Bunun indigenous people. It is located in the scenic Nanheng (Southern Cross-Island Highway) corridor and is known for its hot springs, mountain scenery, and the Wuling Green Tunnel.

The climate is subtropical, cooler in the mountains.

By Plane

Taitung Airport (TTT) is about 50 km east.

By Train

The nearest TRA station is Guanshan Station or Chishang Station.

By Car / Road

Haiduan is accessible via Provincial Highway 20 (Southern Cross-Island Highway) from Taitung. The highway winds through spectacular mountain scenery.

A car is essential.
