Fort Jeudy
Saint George, Grenada
Why visit Fort Jeudy?
Fort Jeudy is a small coastal community on the southern coast of St George parish, Grenada, situated on the headland east of the Point Salines peninsula. The area takes its name from a historic fortification that once guarded the southern approaches to the island. Fort Jeudy is a quiet, primarily residential area with a mix of local homes and some vacation properties.
The coastline features rocky outcrops and small sandy coves, with views across to the southern Grenadines. The area is less developed than the Grand Anse strip and offers a more secluded atmosphere. The terrain is relatively flat along the coast, rising gently into hills inland.
