How do you get there?

By Plane

José Martí International Airport (HAV) in Havana is the nearest airport, approximately 50 km northwest. A taxi costs around CUC 40–50 and takes about 1 hour.

By Car / Road

San Nicolás is accessible from Havana via the A1 autopista and local roads. The drive takes about 1 hour. Colectivos and occasional local buses serve the route.

The town centre is small and walkable. Bici-taxis and horse-drawn carts provide local transport.
