Why visit Malaryta?

Malaryta is a small border town in extreme southwestern Belarus, just a few kilometres from the Ukrainian frontier. It is known for its traditional market culture and proximity to the forested border region. The town has a slow, rural atmosphere and is off the tourist track entirely. It serves as a local administrative and service centre for the surrounding villages.

How do you get there?

By Plane

Nearest airport: Brest (BQT, 60 km north-west).

By Train

Malaryta has a station on the Brest–Kovel (Ukraine) railway line. Trains from Brest take about 1 hour.

By Car / Road

From Brest, take the P-7 highway south; about 60 km (1 hour). The border with Ukraine is 10 km south.
