Malikiya

Malikiya is a village in the Northern Governorate of Bahrain, located in the western part of the governorate near the border with the Southern Governorate. It is a predominantly residential village with traditional Bahraini housing and a small farming community. The village's pace of life is relaxed, and it offers a contrast to the urban centres of Manama and Riffa.

While Malikiya does not have major tourist attractions, its location makes it a convenient stop when exploring the villages and heritage sites of the Northern Governorate. The best time to visit is from November to March.

Malikiya is accessible via local roads, approximately 30 minutes from Manama and 15 minutes from Hamad Town.
