  • Birla Temple, Lotus Temple and Humayun's Tomb

Manali Snow: Rohtang or Solang

  • Option C: Solang Valley ropeway to Mount Phatru
  • ATV ride and other snow activities at Solang

  • Depart Manali after breakfast on the scenic highway

  • Early breakfast, then half-day excursion to Mashobra

  • Transfer to the hotel in Chandigarh

Good to Know

Snow days are weather-dependent

Rohtang Pass and Atal Tunnel can close in poor weather, so the Manali days are built with flexible options (Rohtang, Sissu, Solang or the Parvati Valley). Keep the two Manali sightseeing days interchangeable.

Long transfers

The Delhi-to-Manali leg is a long overnight drive, and Manali to Shimla is a scenic 6 to 8 hour highway journey. Plan light activity on arrival days.

Toy train timing

The Shivalik Express from Shimla to Kalka departs around 5:30pm; book seats ahead as this heritage narrow-gauge service is popular and fills up in season.

What's included

Private cars with a guide in Delhi and Chandigarh, all private inter-city transfers, and daily breakfast at the Manali, Shimla and Chandigarh hotels. Monument tickets, tips and personal expenses are extra.

Best time for snow

November brings early-season snow at higher points like Rohtang, Kufri and Solang, though full snow cover deepens later in winter. Pack warm layers and sturdy footwear.
