Who we are and what we do

Tripcuro is a trading name of Medtu Traveltech Pvt Ltd ("Tripcuro", "we"). We plan bespoke trips for a transparent planning fee: we research, design the itinerary, make bookings on your behalf with airlines, hotels, ground operators and other suppliers, and support you while you travel. We act as an intermediary — the travel services themselves are delivered by those suppliers under their own terms.

Fees

Our planning fees are published onHow We Work— for leisure trips a per-person weekly fee with a group cap, and for corporate travel a percentage of booking value. Fees are quoted before applicable taxes. The cost of the travel itself (flights, hotels, activities, visas) is separate and payable per the suppliers' pricing; you see each line item.

Quotes and bookings

• Quotes are indicative until a booking is confirmed — airfares and room rates can change until ticketed or confirmed by the supplier.
• Every booking we place for you is governed by the supplier's own terms, including their change and cancellation rules. We tell you the material rules (refundability, change fees, deadlines) before you confirm.
• Cancellations and changes are subject to those supplier rules; our planning fee covers the planning work performed and is not contingent on the trip going ahead.

Your responsibilities

• Providing accurate traveller details (names exactly as per passport, dates of birth, contact details).
• Holding a valid passport and obtaining the visas, permits and vaccinations your destinations require — we assist with information and processing, but issuance is the sole discretion of the relevant authorities.
• Arriving for flights, transfers and check-ins on time.
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.

Liability

We take real care in choosing suppliers, but we do not operate the flights, hotels or activities we book. We are not liable for a supplier's acts, omissions or insolvency, or for events beyond reasonable control (weather, strikes, government action, epidemics). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law; otherwise our aggregate liability for a trip is limited to the planning fee you paid us for it.

Governing law
