Who we are
Tripcuro is a travel-planning service operated by Medtu Traveltech Pvt Ltd("Tripcuro", "we", "us"). We plan bespoke international trips for Indian travellers for a transparent, published fee. This policy explains what personal information we collect through tripcuro.com and our messaging channels, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Enquiry details you send us — your name, email address, phone number and anything you tell us about your trip (destinations, dates, travellers, budget) when you use our contact form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Booking information — if you engage us to plan a trip, the details needed to arrange it: traveller names as per passport, dates of birth, passport details, visa documentation, dietary or accessibility requirements, and payment confirmations.
- Usage data — we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This relies on cookies and collects data in aggregate; it does not tell us who you are.
- Technical logs — our hosting and content-delivery providers (Hostinger, Cloudflare) keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and plan the trip you asked us about.
- To make bookings on your behalf with airlines, hotels, ground operators and visa-processing services — we share only the details a supplier needs to deliver the booking.
- To support you while you travel.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To improve the site, using aggregate analytics.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
How enquiries reach us
The contact form on this site is delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms, a form-delivery service; your submission passes through their infrastructure in transit. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and end-to-end encryption.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for planning your trip. Booking and invoicing records are retained as required by Indian tax and company law. You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time (see "Your rights").
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep). Write to[email protected]and we will respond promptly.
Cookies
The site sets cookies only for Google Analytics measurement. Blocking cookies in your browser does not affect any site functionality.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle booking data will be communicated to affected clients directly.
