About Luong Tai
Lương Tài is a rural district in the southeastern corner of Bắc Ninh Province, in the Red River Delta region. Covering 101 km² with a population of approximately 104,500 (2019), it is primarily an agricultural district known for its rice paddies, aquaculture, and traditional crafts. The district capital is the township of Thứa. Lương Tài was historically united with neighbouring Gia Bình district as Gia Lương from 1950 until they were separated again in 1999. The district is the hometown of prominent Vietnamese scholars Vũ Miên and Vũ Trinh from the Lê–Trịnh period.
The climate is humid subtropical, with hot, rainy summers (May–September) and mild, dry winters (November–March). Autumn (October–November) offers the most comfortable weather for travel.

By Plane
Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) is the nearest airport, about 60 km northwest. A taxi takes 1–1.5 hours and costs VND 450,000–650,000.
By Train
The nearest railway station is Bac Ninh Railway Station, approximately 20 km away. Local buses connect Thứa township with the station.
By Car / Road
Lương Tài is about 20 km southeast of Bac Ninh city via National Highway 17. Regular buses from Bac Ninh's bus station serve Thứa township, with fares of VND 25,000–50,000. The district is also connected to Hải Dương and Hưng Yên provinces.
Thứa township is small enough to walk around. For exploring the rural communes, taxis and motorbike taxis are the primary options. Bicycle rental is available at some guesthouses.
