Letychiv

Khmelnytska oblast, Ukraine

About Letychiv

Letychiv (Ukrainian: Летичів) centres on a well-preserved Dominican monastery-fortress that once guarded the Polish-Lithuanian border.

This quiet town west of Kyiv in Khmelnytska oblast offers an authentic glimpse of provincial Ukrainian life. Away from the main tourist circuit, visitors can experience unhurried daily rhythms, local hospitality, and a genuine sense of place that larger cities have lost.
