About Thap Sakae
Thap Sakae (ทับสะแก) is a coastal district in Prachuap Khiri Khan province, located about 60 km south of Prachuap Khiri Khan town and roughly halfway between Hua Hin and Chumphon. It is a quiet, off-the-beaten-path destination known for its long, uncrowded beaches, cashew nut plantations, and relaxed atmosphere. The area remains largely undiscovered by international tourism.
The climate follows the typical Gulf of Thailand pattern with a cool season (November–February), hot season (March–May), and rainy season (June–October). The cool season is the most pleasant for beach activities.
