Tevaitahe is a coastal village on the southwestern coast of Rennell Island in Rennell and Bellona Province, Solomon Islands. Located away from the main Tigoa–Hutuna track, Tevaitahe is a small and traditional community. The village sits on the raised coral limestone of Rennell Island, with the vast Pacific Ocean to the south and the forested ridgeline of the island's interior to the north. The lifestyle is traditional and subsistence-based, relying on ocean fishing, gardening, and coconut harvesting. The island has a warm tropical climate with year-round humidity.

By Plane

The nearest airport is Tigoa Airport (IATA: RNN) on Rennell Island, with flights from Honiara. From Tigoa, Tevaitahe is about 20 km southwest by truck along the island's road network.

By Car / Road

A rough road runs from Tigoa toward the southwest coast. Trucks provide irregular service. The journey takes about 1 hour.

Tevaitahe village is small and walkable. The coastline can be explored on foot.
