Rovereta

Rovereta is an industrial and residential hamlet (curazia) situated in the northeasternmost tip of San Marino, within the municipality of Serravalle. Rovereta is historically famous for the Fatti di Rovereta (Rovereta Affair) of 1957, a major constitutional crisis in San Marino's history. During this event, a provisional government was set up in an industrial plant here to challenge the central administration in the capital.

Today, Rovereta is a busy industrial zone with numerous offices, manufacturing plants, and warehouses. It plays a significant role in San Marino's modern commercial economy.
