About Salua

Salua is a village on the eastern side of Manono Island, part of the Aiga-i-le-Tai district of Samoa. Manono is a small, car-free island in the Apolima Strait, lying between the main islands of Upolu and Savai'i. Salua is one of four settlements on Manono, offering a glimpse into traditional Samoan island life. The island has no cars, no dogs, and a relaxed pace of life that attracts visitors seeking tranquillity.

Samoa's warm tropical climate is consistent year-round. The dry season (May to October) provides the best weather for a visit.
