Ciacova is a town in Timiș County, Banat, located in the Timiș River Plain on the Timișul Mort River, 28 km from Timișoara. First mentioned in 1220, it was the site of a medieval fortress and later an important market town under Habsburg rule. Today it administers four villages: Cebza, Macedonia, Obad, and Petroman.

By Plane
The nearest airport is Timișoara Traian Vuia International Airport, about 35 km away. From there, take a taxi or rent a car for the 30-minute drive.
By Train
Ciacova is served by three railway lines: the main Timișoara–Jebel–Stamora Moravița line, the Jebel–Ciacova–Giera secondary line, and the Timișoara–Peciu Nou–Cruceni line.
By Car / Road
Ciacova is connected to European route E70 via county road DJ693B, which runs 9 km from the highway. E70 links Timișoara (28 km) with Stamora Moravița and the Serbian border.
Ciacova is a compact town best explored on foot. Taxis are available for longer journeys. Local buses connect to nearby villages.
