About Roxas
Roxas is the capital city of Capiz province on the northern coast of Panay Island. Known as the "Seafood Capital of the Philippines," the city is famous for its abundant and affordable seafood, particularly its crabs, prawns, and oysters. Roxas is also the hometown of former Philippine President Manuel A. Roxas, after whom the city is named.

By plane
Roxas Airport (RXS) has flights from Manila via Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines.
By land
Buses and vans connect Roxas to Iloilo City (3 hours south), Kalibo (1.5 hours north), and Caticlan/Boracay (3 hours north).
