San Juan

National Capital Region, Philippines

Why visit San Juan?

San Juan is the smallest city in Metro Manila by land area (5.9 km²) but one of the most densely populated. It lies at the heart of the metropolis, bordered by Manila, Quezon City, and Mandaluyong. San Juan is best known for two things: the Pinaglabanan Shrine, site of the first battle of the 1896 Philippine Revolution, and the Greenhills Shopping Center, a legendary bargain-hunter's paradise. The city also serves as a major transport junction due to its location along the EDSA–Greenhills corridor.
