Carcar

Carcar is a city in southern Cebu, about 40 km south of Cebu City. Known as the "Heritage City of Cebu," it is famous for its well-preserved Spanish-era architecture, including the Carcar Church, heritage houses, and the public market. The city is also known for its lechon, considered among the best in Cebu.

Buses from Cebu City (45–60 minutes) heading south pass through Carcar.

The nearest airport is Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB), about 1.5 hours away.
