Subic

Subic is a coastal municipality in Zambales, part of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. The town is distinct from the adjacent Olongapo City and the Subic Freeport itself. Subic is a popular weekend destination from Manila for its beaches, the Subic Bay boardwalk, and water activities.

Subic is 3 hours north of Manila by bus (Victory Liner). By car, take NLEX then SCTEX to the Subic exit.

Tricycles and taxis. The Subic Freeport is best explored by taxi or rented car.
