Elab is a coastal village in Ngaraard State, located on the eastern shore of Babeldaob midway between Ulimang and the state's southern border. The village is small and predominantly residential, with a population engaged in fishing, farming, and commuting to jobs in Koror and the state capital. Elab's shoreline is a mix of mangrove and sandy patches, with good views of the eastern lagoon.

Elab has no tourist facilities and sees few visitors. It is best suited to those exploring the eastern coast of Babeldaob at a leisurely pace.

Roman Tmetuchl International Airport (ROR) is 42 km southwest, a 50-minute taxi ride (US$40–50).

By Car / Road

Elab is on the Babeldaob ring road, 42 km (50 minutes) from Koror. The road is paved.
