Why visit Vom?

Vom is a town in Plateau State, located south-west of Jos. It is best known as the site of the National Veterinary Research Institute (NVRI), one of Africa's leading animal health research centres, founded in 1924. The NVRI campus has a museum, a diagnostic laboratory, and experimental farms. Vom also hosts a Christian theological seminary and has a cool, green, highland atmosphere.
