Victoria Island
Lagos, Nigeria
Why visit Victoria Island?
Victoria Island (VI) is Lagos's premier business, entertainment, and diplomatic district — a triangular island wedged between the Lagos Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean. The island is the city's most affluent neighbourhood, home to most foreign embassies, multinational headquarters, top hotels (Eko Hotel, Four Points), high-end restaurants, and the city's most vibrant nightlife. VI is also the location of the Eko Atlantic City development — a massive land reclamation project creating a new financial district on the Atlantic coast.
