Inékar is a small village and administrative center in Ménaka Region, southeastern Mali, with a population of under 10,000 as of the last available census. It was a commune of Ménaka Cercle until Ménaka Region was created in 2016, when it was upgraded to its own cercle covering a sparsely populated area of about 27,000 km². The population is largely agro-pastoral, reflecting the wider Sahelian economy of the region.
