Ajil

Terengganu, Malaysia

Why visit Ajil?

Ajil is a small town in the Hulu Terengganu District, about 35 km south of Kuala Terengganu, near the junction of Federal Route 14 (Terengganu's main interior highway) and the route to Kuala Berang. It sits at the centre of the Penghulu Diman commune and had a population of under 2,000 at the last count — a modest inland stop rather than a coastal tourist destination.
