The nearest airport is Queen Alia International Airport (AMM) near Amman, approximately 80 km south. Travel via Jerash and then north to Qafqafa.

Qafqafa is accessible by local roads from Jerash and other towns in the Jarash Governorate. Local minibuses and shared taxis may connect Qafqafa to Jerash.

The town is small and walkable. Local taxis are available for short trips.
