Eqlid

Eqlid (اقلید) is a city in northern Fārs Province, about 150 km north of Shiraz. It lies in a mountainous area and is known for its cold winters and carpet weaving.

The climate is mountainous, with cold, snowy winters and mild summers.

The town serves as a quiet base for exploring the surrounding region, with its own charms including traditional architecture, local bazaars, and the warm hospitality of its residents.
