Mount Horne

Mount Horne is a hillside settlement in Saint Andrew parish, Grenada, positioned at elevation above the northeastern coast. As its name suggests, the village sits on the slopes of one of the parish's hills, enjoying cooler temperatures and panoramic views of the interior and coast. It is a small, agricultural community with no commercial infrastructure.

The settlement is surrounded by nutmeg, cocoa, and other spice plantations that cover the hillsides of interior Saint Andrew. The elevated position means the air is noticeably cooler and fresher than on the coast, making Mount Horne a pleasant escape from the tropical heat.
