Why visit Sanyang?

Sanyang is a beach village in the Kombo South district of Western Region, about 30 km south of the main tourist strip around Kololi. Its stretch of coastline, known as Paradise Beach, is a relatively uncrowded, secluded beach popular as a day-trip destination, with a beach bar/restaurant, deckchairs, and hammocks. Sunday afternoons draw local crowds for traditional West African wrestling on the beach.
