How to reach

Béziers has a major TGV station on the high-speed line between Paris and Barcelona. Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport receives low-cost flights. By car, the A9 motorway runs past the city.

The historic centre is walkable, though hilly. A local bus network covers the outlying districts. The Canal du Midi towpath is popular for cycling.
