Overview

Ombella-Mpoko is a prefecture in south-central Central African Republic, surrounding the capital Bangui on three sides. The prefectural capital is Boali, known for the spectacular Boali Waterfalls on the Mbali River. The prefecture is relatively accessible and includes the suburbs of Bangui as well as agricultural areas.
