Bokspits

Bokspits is a remote village in the southernmost part of the Kgalagadi District, located on the border with South Africa. It is one of the last settlements before the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park and serves as a crossing point into South Africa's Northern Cape Province. The village has a small population and basic services, surrounded by the iconic red dunes of the southern Kalahari.

The nearest airport is Tsabong, approximately 220 km north. Charter flights can use local airstrips.

By Car / Road

Bokspits is at the end of the road south from Tsabong, near the South African border. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended. The border post provides access to South Africa.

Walkable. A vehicle is needed for travel to surrounding areas.
