Kazungula
Chobe, Botswana
About Kazungula
Kazungula is a border settlement in Botswana's Chobe District, situated at the confluence of the Chobe and Zambezi Rivers where the borders of Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, and Zimbabwe meet — one of the only quadripoints in the world. The town is best known for the Kazungula Bridge, opened in 2021, which connects Botswana to Zambia and has transformed regional transport by replacing the former ferry. Kazungula is smaller and quieter than neighbouring Kasane, with most visitors passing through on their way to or from Zambia.
