Chamkani

Chamkani is a district in eastern Paktiyā Province, located on the border with Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. It is a predominantly Pashtun frontier district with a history as a crossing point between Afghanistan and Pakistan. The terrain is hilly and the area is known for its pine forests.

Summers are warm, winters are cold. Spring and autumn are the most pleasant seasons.
