Gardens by the Bay
  • Explore the Flower Dome, the world's largest glass greenhouse
  • Walk the 35m Cloud Forest mountain and its indoor waterfall

  • Start with Cloud Forest early before the crowds build
  • Lunch nearby at Satay by the Bay hawker centre
  • Evening Supertree Grove light show at 7:45 PM and 8:45 PM (free)

  • Morning at Singapore Zoo: free-ranging orangutans and pygmy hippos

Getting around

The Sentosa Express from VivoCity Level 3 (HarbourFront MRT) links the island's attractions; the scenic cable car from HarbourFront Tower II is a lovely alternative.

Book timeslots ahead

Several Sentosa activities and the Wings of Time show require a reserved date and time. Lock these in online before you arrive, as walk-ins are not guaranteed.

Dress for the heat

Expect a lot of walking in warm, humid weather. Pack light clothing, comfortable shoes and insect repellent, especially for the Night Safari.

Sentosa token planning

The Fun Discovery Pass works on tokens spent per attraction. Map out which attractions you want in advance, as popular picks can exceed a single pass and need a small top-up.

Attraction pricing (indicative)

On the Sentosa pass, sample token costs run about 55 for the Oceanarium, 45 for Harry Potter: Visions of Magic and 35 for Madame Tussauds; extra tokens are roughly SGD 5 each.
