Vegetarian dining

The route is fully vegetarian-friendly, with dedicated cafes near each hotel — Namaskar and Artisans in Puerto Princesa, plus Indian and plant-based spots in El Nido and Cebu City.

Why two islands

Palawan delivers the Underground River and Bacuit Bay lagoons; Cebu adds whale sharks and canyoneering. A short internal flight links them without backtracking.

Island-hopping tours

El Nido Tours B and C are shared boat tours. Snorkel gear and kayak hire are small add-ons paid locally; bring reef-safe sunscreen and a dry bag.

Early starts

Oslob whale sharks require a pre-dawn departure (around 3-5am) for the calmest water and best encounter; the Underground River and canyoneering days also start early.

Weather flexibility

Boat tours depend on sea and weather conditions and may be reordered or swapped for safety. February falls in the drier season with generally calm seas.
