Al Turbah is a town in Ta'izz Governorate, Yemen, located in the southern highlands about 40 km south of Taiz city. It is an agricultural market centre, known for its terraced fields and fruit orchards. The town has a small market and basic services. The climate is mild due to its elevation. Security has been affected by the civil war. The best time to visit is October to April.

Aden International Airport (ADE) is the nearest airport, about 120 km southeast. Road transport required.

By Train

No railway in Yemen.

By Car / Road

Al Turbah is accessible from Taiz (40 km south, 1 hour) and from Aden (120 km north, 2.5 hours). Shared taxis from Taiz cost YER 1,500.
