Gingoog is a city in Misamis Oriental, located on the eastern coast of Macajalar Bay, about 120 km east of Cagayan de Oro. Known as the "City of Bountiful Harvest," it is an agricultural and fishing centre producing rice, corn, coconut, and seafood. The city is also a gateway to the scenic beaches and natural attractions of eastern Misamis Oriental.
